Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours of operation?
Mondays-Fridays from 7a.m.-6p.m., extended hours of care are available upon approval by the program director. We do have a schedule of holiday closings which are communicated in advance and subject to change.
Can parents drop by whenever they’d like or swing by to breastfeed?
Parents are only allowed to drop-off, pick-up or breastfeed their children at the daycare. This is to ensure the health and safety of the children and a seamless operation.
Do you accept vouchers?
Yes, we accept all childcare subsidies.
What are your rates?
Contact us.
Do you hold childcare slots?
No, we do not. Care is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are the requirements to enroll my child(ren)?
Enrollment documents and a physical examination form (completed within the last 12 months) including an immunization record must be submitted prior to the first day of care.
Do you have a curriculum? What kinds of activities do you provide?
We are a child-centered play-based program. All activities including outdoor play are age and developmentally appropriate focusing on all areas of development including fine and gross motor, socio-emotional, speech and language and cognitive.
Do you provide meals?
Our program provides an opportunity for a healthy breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack for your child as part of your tuition and fees. Our menus are created using USDA guidelines and we cook foods that are taste-tested and kid-approved!
Can I provide my own food?
For the safety of all our children, we do not allow parents to provide their own food. We provide food services for all children in our care. Menu exceptions are allowed for children with documented religious or medical reasons. If a special diet is required, you may speak to the Director about supplying the necessary food.
What’s your sick-child policy?
No child will be allowed to enter the daycare exhibiting symptoms of illness including but not limited to a fever. Whenever deemed necessary, a doctor’s note is required upon returning to the daycare. This is to be determined by the discretion of the Director. All enrolled children must have a recent physical examination and updated immunization record on file.
How do you keep parents up to date on their kid’s daily activities or behavior? Do you send photos and videos throughout the day?
We keep parents updated via a communication app. Details will be provided upon enrollment. Photos and videos are sent periodically, not daily.
